Due to the natural earth friendly vitality of the medium & the natural earth pigments, each item will have slight characteristics that makes the item distinctive & imperfectly perfect. All designs are sealed to protect from stains & finished with felt feet to protect from surface scratching.

Shipping: In order to be more environmentally friendly, a majority of our items are made to order & dispatched within 5 days. Items are packaged using recycled materials. (For Urgent Orders: We do make very small batches that are ready to ship for our pop up shops)
Returns: All items are hand made to order & hand made for you. Small bubbles or slight variations in color are natural and unique characteristics. Due to our labor, our art & our time handling our designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In case of any issues, contact us the day of your delivery.
Non Toxic: Our items can be used to style or display with or next to food. Our items are NOT for eating off of. Every piece is handmade.
Condition: Slight unevenness, minor scratches or bumps were all incurred in the production process and are unavoidable due to the nature of the medium we are using. These are not considered defects unless they affect the functioning of the product.
